I have nothing against you, I just would like to know how Candy can have a new owner because I am the co-owner of her with Cedric ( I'm the breeder) and I have not signed any sale certificate. The Electronic number code certificate is still in my home and at my name.
Nevertherless, I' m glad to see her in a good health, I will be happy to get news oftenly of her... |

I know that you have nothing against me and I also have nothing against you.For me what you say it is simply......shocking.I dont know who Cedric is.I only know that Candy was imported from France at the age of 7 months by Rares Ciobanu the owner of Irysneverland Kennel.At the age of 1 year and 3 months I have bought Candy from him.Candy is in my home about 1 year and 2 months.About the Electronic number code certificate I dont know why it is on your name.On the pedigree I am stated to be the owner of Candy.I am registered in France ( in SOCIETE CENTRALE CANINE ) and in Romania ( in ACHR-Romanian Chinologic Association) as the owner of Candy.Candy is now 2 years and 5 months old,I want to ask you in all this time why havent you interested about her? It would be good to get in touch with this Cedric person and clarify your issues because me and Candy have nothig to do with them.I simply bought the dog and....that is it.
You can tell me something?Silver demon de roofneck dog's ,Candy`s mother is she Ataxia tested?If she is please tell me the result. |

dont mean to pry but hey it is a forum....
If the person had this animal at certain times, by law its now belong to them...
like xredx said he had candy for over year... its now his dog...
Maybe you should speak to the person who sold it to xredx |

Exactly!!
Now you are the owner and I dont want to get her back anyway.
But i think that the first owner did a false declaration and He signed instead of me in my back. He's not a trust man , and i'm shocking and desappointed.
We could keep contact together , i would like you to give me news of candy, and i could send you pictures of her in stage puppys. |

I am glad that you want to keep in touch and if you could send me pics of her when she was a little puppy it will be wonderful, we havent see her in the stage of a puppy just in one picture unfortunately.I send you and pm with my contact details. |
