Can you lease tell me more
about the laws and legislation
in the USA for our dogs ??
I would like to know 'cause in France,
it's more and more difficult and strict
about they, and pits are not allowed
in the french area

| Well here it really goes from city ot city and state to state. We have certain city thathave bans on all pitbulls and pitbull 'type' dogs. i still dont see how this can be leagle at all. and then theres the state of ohio who i think the whole state has a ban on these dogs, but there is nothing federaly bnning them. |

I don't know what places have BSL in effect.. But i know that the Supreme court just ruled in favor of the dogs, stating that it not fair to rule out one dog.
Ohio doesn't have BSL, they have a dangerous dog law. Which states that owners of a dangerous dog must have them muzzled in public and other such things.. What is a dangerous dog? Its a dog that has previously killed another animal or bit a person, or been found menacing to the general public.
Which my dog doesn't fall into that category!! The only reason i know is because my brother moved down to Ohio, we are planing to visit soon and wanted to make sure..
But like relic said, different states different laws, not matter where i travel to i am going to do my homework to make sure BSL isn't in place...
