Here are a list of rules or regulations.. What ever you want to call them try to keep them in mind when posting, thanks..

1) No Swearing at all..

2) No threats or suggestions of threats.

3) No solicitation of products or services. Occasionally, people will want to do things for charities or whatever. Please submit requests to the Admin for approval.

4) Some folks may have their own message boards or discussion groups. This is fine but... please submit requests to post info about these to the Admin for approval.

5) To maintain Amstafftalk.com forum purity of purpose and to protect it's members, use of Profile information for solicitation or mass mailing purposes is expressly forbidden. Please respect everyone's privacy.

6) We support each member's individual endeavors but, to prevent Amstafftalk.com Forum from becoming a pit-stop for advertising, we require that folks who request a link post (for business purposes) be reasonably active members of our community. Currently, it is agreed that a count of 50, non-padding posts, is needed to fufill this requirement. Non-active members may expect to have their link temporarily suspended pending Alpha review.

7) Sadly, no solicitation for funds for individual dogs. Again, we want to make sure that your board does not get festooned with pleas for financial help. As you know, some cases are legit, and some are not. We must regrettably take this stance in order to preserve the integrity of the board and our community.

We do support fundraising efforts from established Rescue groups or institutions. As always, please submit info to Admin for approval. We require that the requesting instiution be established and that funds should go either directly to the institution or involved veterinary clinic. We cannot allow funds to go to individuals or individual accounts.

9) Please check the FAQs or use the Search function. There is a very good chance that the question you have has already been asked.

10) NO SELLING OF PUPS OR DOGS. We do have a NR litter announcement category and if someone is interested in more information on the litter or the purchase of a puppy they will directed to email the member/breeder privately. Issues regarding Rescues or adoptions should be directed to the Admin for approval.

11) No advertising of and/or soliciting for stud services.

12) The opinions expressed on this board are not necessarily shared by the Admin or owners of the board. Please behave responsibly.

13) Everyone is entitled to their opinion. HOWEVER, this is not the place for political, religious or moral debate. Let's try to keep it about the dogs.

14) No use of multiple usernames. If it is discovered that you are running multiple usernames, the newest or least-active one will be deleted. You will be contacted by one of the Admin or Alphas and a warning may be issued. Ignoring Moderators PMs or otherwise refusing to comply may be rounds for banning.

15) If you want to change your username for some reason, please contact Admin first. We would be happy to help. We've found that those with multiple usernames tend to use them just to stir up trouble. We aim for a more free, more grown-up flavor of interacting. We are working on chat rooms and will post information as it is available.
