These are personal recipes of mine and neither contain brewer's yeast:
Recipe #1
1 cup raw hamburger meat or chicken etc.
1/2 cup raw organs (kidneys or livers)
2 eggs (grind eggshells and add this to meal)
½ cup cooked plain oatmeal or pasta
1 jar baby food green beans
1 jar baby food carrots
2 Tbsp cottage cheese
Recipe #2
1 cup boiled chicken or turkey, chopped
2 eggs (grind eggshells and add this to meal)
3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
½ cup cooked brown rice
½ cup boiled mixed vegetables
3 to 4 Tbsp unsalted chicken broth
Directions for both recipes: Combine all ingredients and serve at room temperature. Add a good multivitamin and mineral supplement to the meal (whatever you like). Be sure to store unused portions in a covered container in the refrigerator and discard any remains after 3 days. |

| If you go to the right places for the raw food.. You will find out it is cheaper in the long run and WAY better... |

I mainly use raw. I have my butcher that puts away lamb hearts for us and we also get chicken frames and chicken necks. We also feed beef and very occasionally liver (dont overfeed liver, its very high in Vit A and it can easily lead to too much vit A, which is bad). So mixing those 3 meats. It is those in combination with pasta, veges, yogurt. I make sure that at least 1/2 of the meal is meat and that it has both meat and fat on it (not too much fat, especially with hearts). I find is quite easy to prepare and very affordable.
BTW, if you are not feeding fish you should supplement with fish oil.. |
