That was cruel.... But what the council did was wrong because he had to have done something wrong to be taken away.
But He is ban breed... pitbull.. If the law is the same as UK then he should have been back home ages ago with tattoo, neutured and register under exempt dog register....
9month is too long... Do you have their contact or email? maybe i can get them to get in touch with someone else who know the right... Where about in Ireland are they in?
Because i have read somewhere that any dogs are allowed to be with their owner while going throught the process of the court. If he wasn't dangerous then the case should have been sorted quicker because the dog i seen last week that was captured are going to be reunited with his owner in two weeks time. (3weeks only) |
