We have AmStaffs and 2 Frenchies (plus hopefully one Frenchie baby). Our puppy Frenchie was raised with AmStaff puppies so he gets along better with them. Our older female Frenchie doesn't really interact with the AmStaffs, but she doesn't mind them at all.

We have had (at one point or another) Bostons, a Pug, a Lakeland, a Rat Terrier and a Pekingese with our AmStaffs.

I agree where someone said that the people ALWAYS have to be Alpha in their home.

whats frenchie? Embarassed

What is it with Am Staf people and French Bulldogs? I know a lot of Am Staf owners who have gotten into that breed....

Right now, all I have is Am Stafs. I grew up with two German Shepherds, then later a Rottweiler (CDX) and a Doberman...

Carla;

I think the reason AmStaff people are attracted to Frenchies is because they are already used to snoring, farting dogs and find a smaller breed that does the same thing attractive Smile

If you folded the Frenchies ears down they would kind of look like Mini AmStaffs.

bahahahahhahahhahahahha!

how true is that?!

i had my Bowser first and so i was already used to the farting, snoring, and eating a bunch

and then Mac came into my life and I actually didn't know that pits and amstaffs snored and farted.
lovely for me, i have to dogs that snore and fart, and i hate snoring and my room stinks!
how does that work?!

Awww I love Frenchies!

I've loved Amstaffs for years before I got one. I used to be on the APBT AOL board and fell in love with BIS BISS Ch Buena Vista Honkitonk Roemeo.

Then I watched Second Hand Lions and have wanted a Frenchie ever since. They are on my list! Smile I don't know what it is, but they are just toooo cute!

I also want a white Bull Terrier! I need to win the lotto!

I think I could handle a few more if I had the money. Snatched my neighbors pit puppy earlier and kept her most of the day. They leave there dogs outside 24/7 with little to no human interaction. Sad Izaboo had a blast playing with the other dogs. Didn't care for the bath I gave her, but got over it pretty quickly! I've already tried to get her and they won't give her up. Won't even sell her. Don't care if I play with her, but she is going to be a hog dog.
