bless.... his mate... I think they are strays... seen worse... When I was in St Lucia for short holiday few years ago and saw dead dog on the road and the other dog was trying to eat her foot 
is this in Mexico? went for honeymoon almost 10years ago, so many strays over there... even in the airport, my wife tried to stroke the dogs and i had to keep stopping her because they weren't even wagging their tail and didn't look so good. |
