We just got a 9 month old Pit, she was semi trained, and has a loving personality. This is our first pit and first dog that is in the house. We had 2 dogs, lab & shepard mix. They both passed away a few months ago, however they were outside dogs.
We want to do things allot different with our new dog, but I have questions.
Brook is on the Frontline plus program for 24 hrs now. I applied to her shoulders and tail. Due to the short hair, I had to rub in a little. We washed her 2 days prior to putting front line on per the pet store, however we took her to dog beach yesterday and had to re- bath her.
Brook has bumps under her skin, however I do not see any flees on her. We have mostly tile and hard wood floors in the house with a few throw rugs, however our bedrooms have carpet. I don't see any fleas on her or jumping on me or anyone in the family.
What would the bumps be?

Welcome to the Board.
Please copy your post to Health questions and there are many on here that will try to help you.. Because you have bumps, does not mean it is flies.. There are many skin issues.... |

The bumps could be a reaction to the frontline. I have a couple dogs here that will get a few right at the application site, but they go away within a few days. |
