SIZE - Height and weight should be in proportion. Height: Dogs approx 46-48 cms (18-19 ins) at shoulders Bitches approx 43-46 cms (17-18 ins) at shoulders is considered preferable

Hey everyone got this from the Amstaff club of vic just wondering when it says at the shoulders does this mean at the back of neck(withers i believe there called correct me if im wrong) or does it mean slightly lower were the actual shoulder bones are?

It is the withers. Feel for the point of bone at the top of the scapula. That is the correct place to which you should measure.
