blue, blue/fawn, fawn

but mostly likes all colors that have white flash/blade. Certain design of brindle had grown on me.

Mine is black - no question. I'm surprised so many people voted for black, I figured most would vote red or fawn.

Some people just make amstaff rules when it suits them. Do your own thing in your own yard.

My favorite color is the red but I think the brindle is the better for breeding.

My earth tell red, my conscience tell brindle, and the Reason tell "look at the pedigree before looking something else on a dog"....

I'd have to say that red and brindle are my favorite, Black is very close behind them. But :D I (like most of you i'm sure) can appreciate the beauty of the dog no matter what its color is.

Sorry for being so late to the party but I joined this forum not to long ago & there are alot of topics to read through. Before I joined this forum I would have said Blue all the way. But since I have been able to look at all the wonderful pictures y'all post. I am having a hard time picking a favorite. Since so many of you have dogs with fantastic structure & muscle it is hard to not like a color when it is on such a well put together dog. That being said.. I have narrowed it down to blue, black, brindle, Red & Tri color. LOL!!

Odd thing is we started out with a passion for brindle, but selected a breeder that had no brindles.
Pur first, Nala, is a blue fawn. The thing I really like about her, and I see it in her blue fawn offspring as well, is the velvet quality coat. She's a dark and intense blue fawn and that coat has a shine you will see on no other color. And that quality shows the muscles very well too.

But what we really love now is red. Our boy is getting more and more flaming red by the day, and now that finally the sun arrived I just can't take my eyes of when the sun hits his coat.

Buckskin.

Buckskin is absolutely the best colour for me!

Do we even have Buckskin in Amstaffs or do we call it something else like tan perhaps?

Either way, this has been my favorite colour for these dogs as long as I can remember and quite frankly I really wish there were more of these dogs in the Amstaff world. Especially those dogs which are all buckskin with no other colour except a black mask.

Second favorite colour would be black and tan. Like the colour a lot of Tatonka Kennels APBTs are.

The reason for this is that even smart people can be very dumb when it comes to these dogs, and when you live in a neighbourhood where BSL is potentially looming just around the corner, or where there is a lot of pit bull ignorance, having a dog that does not stand out as a typical pit bull colour could be an advantage.
